For nearly four decades, Sigma Gamma Rho has supported the St. Jude mission: Finding cures. Saving children.®  Since 2008, the National Pan-Hellenic Council, which is comprised of the Divine Nine Greek organizations – including Sigma Gamma Rho, has collectively raised more than $3 million in support of the St. Jude mission.

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. alone raised $1 million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in 2023, becoming the first Divine Nine sorority to do so! Sigma Gamma Rho reached this momentous goal just days before St. Jude's 101st anniversary. The donation helps ensure that families don't receive bills from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food.
