BASILEUS - DELIA ASKEW

Currently employed at Roche Diagnostics as a Planner/Buyer for the Applied Science and Molecular Diagnostics divisions, Delia received her BS in Chemistry from Butler University in 1999 and her MBA from the Kelley School of Business (IU).

Active with the Sorority since her induction at Alpha Chapter in 1995, Delia enjoys working with the undergraduate chapters and the community service committees. She is also active with the Butler University Black Alumni Association, First Baptist Church North Indianapolis and the Indianapolis NPHC.

1st ANTI-BASILEUS - REMITHA NORMAN

Currently employed at First Advantage as an Operations Supervisor of Verifications within the Background Services Group, Remitha received her B.A. in Communication Studies with a minor in Legal Studies from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in 2003 with Honors. 

Active with the Sorority since her induction at Gamma Zeta Chapter in 2002, Remitha has won numerous awards both on the Regional and International levels.  One such honor being "Advisor of the Year" through both Alpha Sigma and Central Region.

2nd ANTI-BASILEUS - Melissa D. Williams

Currently employed at FedEx Services as a Manager Administrator for Field Sales.  Melissa received her B.A. in General Studies from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in 2002 and is finishing her Masters in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University in August 2009.  Melissa was inducted in Gamma Zeta Chapter on February 5, 2000.  She enjoys bowling, stepping, watching football and planning sorority events.

3rd ANTI-BASILEUS - CATISHA COATES

Currently employed at the Indiana Commission for Higher Education as the Special Projects Coordinator.  Catisha recieved her BA from Indiana University - Bloomington in 2006. Active with the sorority since her induction at Alpha Sigma chapter in 2007.  Catisha enjoys planning events and working with youth in the community.

4th ANTI-BASILEUS - JENNIFER ASKEW

Currently employed at Indiana Mentor as a Regional Director in the Supported Living Department. I work with adults with developmental disabilities. Graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. in Psychology in 2004. Inducted through Alpha Sigma in 2005. I love working with the disabled and advoacting for them in the community.

5th ANTI-BASILEUS - NIEKA PEAK

Currently Employed at Betz & Associates Litigation and Employment Law Firm as a Paralegal, Nieka received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice and Certification in Paralegal Studies at Indiana University at Indianapolis. Active with the Sorority since her induction in 2005 through the Gamma Zeta Chapter, Nieka has held several positions in both the undergraduate and graduate level including Basileus , Anti-Grammateus, NPHC Representative, Parliamentarian and currently 5th Anti-Basileus  to the Gamma Zeta Chapter. Nieka is currently an active member of Progressive Temple of Faith Church in Anderson, Indiana. She enjoys reading, community service, eating out at different restaurants and spending time with her family, friends and Sorors.

6th ANTI-BASILEUS - YOLANDA MATTOX

Yolanda currently works at Chateau Thomas Winery and Centerplate at Lucas Oil Stadium. She received her BS in 2002 in Radio/TV/Film with a Marketing concetration and a Journalism minor from Indiana State University. She is pursuing a Certificate in Event Management from IUPUI.
 
Since her Induction on November 12, 1999 into the Beta Beta chapter, she has been very active and held positions on both the Undergraduate and Graduate levels. Yolanda enjoys working with the Rhoer Club, planning events, and creating decorations for Sorority functions.

ANTI-GRAMMATEUS - OLISHA C. MAFU

Currently employed at Noble of Indiana as a Case Manager, Olisha received her AS from Vincennes University in 2004 and her BSW from Ball State University in 2007. Active with the Sorority since her induction at Mu chapter (Ball State University) in 2007; Olisha enjoys serving the community and improving the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.

GRAMMATEUS - VANESSA TYSON-CALVERT

Currently employed at Ernst & Young as a Tax Compliance Accountant, Vanessa received her BS in Finance from Butler University in 1993.

Active with the Sorority since her induction at Alpha Chapter in 1993, Vanessa has held many leadership positions, including Basileus and Anti-Basileus on the local level. Amongst her current role of Grammateus within Alpha Sigma, Vanessa also serves as the Central Region Tamiochus on the regional level. Vanessa enjoys working with the youth in the community, as well as organizing and planning events.
TAMIOCHUS - MARTHA L. RILEY

Currently employed at Broad Ripple High School as the Choral Music Accompanist, Martha studied piano and voice at Butler University and received her BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business in 1998. Since her induction at Alpha Chapter in 1992, Martha has held numerous leadership positions on the local level.  She has also served as the Central Region Music Directress for the past ten years. In addition, she is a piano teacher of students of all ages and the organist at Cumberland United Methodist Church.

EPISTOLEUS - DAWN RODNEY

Currently employed with the IUPUI Center for Service & Learning as a Projects Coordinator. Dawn has been active in the Sorority since induction in March 2005. Starting her Sigma journey with the Epsilon Chi chapter(Indiana University-Bloomington) Iota Omega Sigma chapter (Bloomington, Indiana) and now calling the Alpha Sigma chapter (Indianapolis, Indiana) home. Previously, Dawn has held positions as Anti-Grammateus & Community Service Chair with the organization as well as positions with the National Pan-Hellenic Council. She enjoys listening all different types of music, serving the community, and travelling.

PARLIAMENTARIAN - KATHY JONES

Currently employed at Travelers Insurance Company as a Legal Secretary. Kathy received her BS in Legal Administration from Ball State University in 1995 and her BS in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University in 2008. She is currently working on her MM in HR Management from the University of Phoenix. Active with the Sorority since her induction at Mu Chapter in 1992, Kathy has held many leadership positions including charter member of Iota Iota Sigma Chapter (Fort Wayne, IN). Kathy is also an active member of the Annual Christian Women's Retreat (ACWR) and helps with the youth programs and writes article for their newsletter.

Currently employed at DuCharme, McMillen and Associates, Inc. as a Tax Compliance Analyst, Lakisha received her B.A. in Accounting from Ball State University in 2007. Active with the Sorority since her induction at Mu Chapter in 2005, Lakisha has held many positions on the undergraduate level. Amongst her current role as Community Service Chair, Lakisha also serves as Co-Advisor to Mu Chapter.
